Multiple Booth/Mobile Van Testing

Multiple test booths can be managed from within HearTrak with a separate option, available at additional cost for all versions of HearTrak. This permits the user to conduct multiple hearing tests at the same time, a requirement for mobile van testing.

HearTrak will manage up to 8 test booths at one time, with built-in procedures for quickly and easily selecting employees to test, automatically printing notification letters, enter medical history information during the testing process, etc.

The multiple booth testing system works with the different types of audiometers in different ways. Buttons to access the audiometers, such as starting, pausing, etc. may vary depending upon the audiometers' capabilities. With most audiometers, the tests can be started, then the employees selected for each of the test booths, improving the overall test efficiency.
